Queen Creek Creative screens are designed to allow airflow and drainage
while helping to limit the entry of debris and small animals. They are not a guarantee against
water intrusion, flooding, or the entry of insects, rodents, snakes, or other wildlife of any
kind. Installing this product involves altering an existing opening in a concrete block wall.
The buyer and/or property owner is solely responsible for determining whether installation
complies with all applicable building, zoning, and drainage requirements, and with any
homeowners’ or community association governing documents or recorded drainage
easement affecting the property, before installing this product. Do not install in a location
where drainage flow must remain unobstructed, including active drainage paths, retaining
walls designed for water relief, or areas prone to water buildup or heavy or regular flooding.
Queen Creek Creative does not offer installation services and does not install this product
for customers. Queen Creek Creative makes no warranty, express or implied, including no
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding compliance
with any building code, zoning ordinance, drainage requirement, or association rule, and no
warranty regarding exclusion of pests, insects, or wildlife. By purchasing and/or installing
this product, the buyer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with its selection,
